Our Ministry Team
Rev. Steven J. Dickson
Rev. Steven J. Dickson is our Sr. Pastor. He founded Deliverance Tabernacle in 1983 along with his family. His experience and leadership are an invaluable component of our Ministry Team. ​His preaching is anointed by Holy Ghost. He delivers the simple truths of God's word in a way that is easily understood.
Rev. Jason A. Dickson
Rev. Jason A. Dickson is our Lead Pastor. He came to Louisiana in 1983 along with his family and worked in ministry with his father until 2000. After serving in various ministry capacities in different states, he and his wife Rebekah returned to Mandeville to assist his father in 2018. Elected unanimously by the church in 2021, He and Sis. Reba work continually to bring the church into the next phase of revival. ​He is a prayerful man of God and gives himself to study in order to lead the church deeper into the word of God. Sister Reba was licensed with the UPCI in 2024. She continues to be an example to all of our ladies.
Our Support Staff
Sis. Theresa Sullivan
Sis. Theresa has served as the church secretary and led the Praise & Worship Team for several years. She is currently the Administrative Assistant to the Pastor and is a licensed minister with the UPCI. She is a model of faithfulness, and a Godly example for our ladies.
Terry & Sandy Stewart
Bro Terry is currently serving as our Men's Ministry leader. He assists with many other functions and is a valuable member of our team.
Sis Sandy works with our worship team, outreach team, and is currently our Ladies leader. She also serves as our Deaf Ministry co-ordinator. This couple has a great burden for the Kingdom of God and work hard for the church.
Brenda Lejuene
Sis. Brenda has faithfully worked as our Foreign Missions Director for several years. She diligently tracks attendance and connects new guests to the church body. In 2022 Sis. Brenda graciously accepted the appointment as Children's Ministries Director. She works closely with our outreach team to give our guests a wonderful first experience. We truly honor and appreciate this precious lady of God.
